Our builder, Austin Ray, has over a decade of construction experience in addition to being a licensed home inspector. He has worked in new construction, remodels, electrical and more. He is experienced in national building codes, thermal efficiency, and structural integrity. He has also worked extensively with many other residential and commercial builders offering his expertise in sound building practices. 

Austin brings his knowledge of strong building practices to his work for his clients, while focusing on quality and communication with our home owners. We firmly believe the majority of stress can be removed from the home building process by staying in constant communication with our clients. We make sure clients have access to up-to-date progress reports, photos, budget sheets and the upcoming contractor calendar so they can always see what’s happening with their home. 

With the use of our in-house designer, Ashley Ray, we help guide you through all steps of the process so you’re never forced to walk it alone. We’re with you, supporting you every step of the way toward building the home of your dreams. 

Being longtime Stillwater residents, we firmly believe in our community and use local contractors whenever possible. We love living in Stillwater and helping our clients build their homes here.
